<p>We are seeking a <strong>Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer</strong> with strong experience in <strong>Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric</strong> to help design, build, and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.</p><p>The ideal candidate has a passion for data visualization, data modeling, and creating scalable BI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using <strong>Power BI</strong></li><li>Build and optimize complex <strong>SQL queries</strong>, stored procedures, and data pipelines</li><li>Develop and manage semantic models, datasets, and KPIs</li><li>Leverage <strong>Microsoft Fabric</strong> components including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI</li><li>Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into analytics solutions</li><li>Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and governance across reporting environments</li><li>Monitor and improve report performance and data refresh processes</li><li>Create documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Power BI</strong></li><li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Microsoft Fabric</strong></li><li>Experience building data models using star and snowflake schemas</li><li>Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts</li><li>Ability to analyze business requirements and develop reporting solutions</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with Power Query (M) and DAX</li><li>Experience working in Azure data environments</li><li>Knowledge of data governance and security best practices</li><li>Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks</li><li>Microsoft Power BI or Fabric certifications</li></ul><p>Technical Environment</p><ul><li>Microsoft Power BI</li><li>Microsoft Fabric</li><li>SQL Server / Azure SQL</li><li>DAX</li><li>Power Query</li><li>Data Warehousing</li><li>ETL / ELT</li><li>Azure Data Services</li></ul><p>What Success Looks Like</p><ul><li>Delivering accurate, scalable, and impactful reporting solutions</li><li>Improving data accessibility and visibility across the organization</li><li>Streamlining reporting processes through automation and self-service BI</li><li>Enabling data-driven decision-making through actionable insights</li></ul><p><br></p>
