<p>We are seeking a BI Engineer to design, build, and support scalable reporting and analytics solutions. This position will transform business requirements into dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models that help leadership make informed decisions.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports</li><li>Create and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting datasets</li><li>Build and maintain ETL and data integration processes</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements</li><li>Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across reporting environments</li><li>Develop KPI scorecards and executive reporting solutions</li><li>Support data governance and reporting best practices</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements</p><ul><li>3+ years of BI, reporting, or data analytics experience</li><li>Strong SQL skills</li><li>Experience with Power BI or related visualization tools</li><li>Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets</li><li>Strong analytical and business communication skills</li></ul><p>Preferred</p><ul><li>Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Lakehouse environments</li><li>Knowledge of ETL processes and dimensional modeling</li><li>Experience supporting executive reporting and KPI development</li></ul><p><br></p>
