We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and overall fiscal health of the organization in Irvine, California. This position is ideal for a senior finance executive with experience in aviation or aerospace and the ability to support a broader portfolio that includes real estate interests. The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, helping guide planning, performance, and sustainable growth across multiple business areas.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business objectives.<br>• Oversee accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Provide executive-level guidance to ownership on profitability, capital allocation, risk management, and business performance.<br>• Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, operating results, and opportunities for growth within the core business.<br>• Support financial oversight and analysis for affiliated real estate holdings, including planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.<br>• Build and maintain trusted relationships with banking partners, advisors, investors, and other external stakeholders.<br>• Lead responses to inbound financial and business inquiries from ownership, partners, and key constituents.<br>• Develop and strengthen financial processes, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional decision support across the organization.

• Proven executive finance experience in a CFO or comparable senior leadership role.<br>• Background in the aviation or aerospace industry is strongly preferred.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations for complex or multi-entity business environments.<br>• Strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.<br>• Experience supporting or overseeing real estate-related financial activities is highly desirable.<br>• Skilled at building strong detail-focused relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders.<br>• Knowledge of corporate risk management, compliance, insurance matters, and internal control practices.
