The role involves managing various aspects of investment execution, settlement processes, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-level executives and contribute to strategic projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and support the sourcing and execution of investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Monitor and track existing investments and maintain a detailed record of the pipeline.</p><p>• Coordinate with external back-office teams to ensure smooth settlement processes.</p><p>• Establish and maintain precise and thorough communication with C-suite executives of public companies throughout the investment lifecycle.</p><p><br></p>

<p>Ability to manage relationships with executives and external stakeholders effectively.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Proficiency in tracking and maintaining investment positions and pipelines.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Experience in managing settlement processes and coordinating with back-office teams.</p>
