The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to join a stable, team-oriented workplace.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and process outgoing shipments using company and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)</li><li>Verify, label, and pack products according to order specifications and shipping requirements</li><li>Inspect outgoing materials for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate shipping records and update internal tracking systems</li><li>Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and inventory organization as needed</li><li>Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve order or shipping issues</li><li>Ensure all shipments comply with company and carrier safety and handling standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Robert Half offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, access to benefits (medical, dental, vision), and opportunities for long-term or permanent placement with leading local employers. </p>

<p>1+ year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics preferred</p><p>Basic computer skills; experience with shipping software a plus</p><p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</p><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods</p><p>Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team</p><p>Excellent communication and time management skills</p>
