<p>• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications in procurement or materials management are a strong advantage. <strong>APICS would be a home run!</strong> </p><p>• Minimum of<strong><em> 7 years of experience in leadership roles</em></strong> within purchasing, particularly in<strong> manufacturing or materials management.</strong></p><p>• Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with experience overseeing a team of 3-5 employees.</p><p>• Proficiency in inventory planning, control, and acting as a liaison between vendors, customers, and production personnel.</p><p>• Familiarity with reading blueprints and handling routing and change orders.</p><p>• Expertise in procurement metrics and KPIs, with a strong capacity to train and evaluate team performance.</p><p>• Advanced system skills, including experience with Epicor ERP and strong Excel capabilities.</p><p>• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a reliable and confident managerial approach.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>For immediate screening and consideration please call me, today. 508-205-2127.
