You will step in as the Recreation Lead! This role entails strong customer service, a positive can-do attitude, and a true want to ensure people have a good experience. Do not wait – apply now!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>You will join a service-oriented dynamic team in providing quality recreational, social, and cultural services to our residents</li><li>Your will help ensure a safe and positive environment for learning and fun</li><li>Organize, lead, and teach recreational activities</li><li>Complete class registration and rental facility applications</li><li>Enforce observance of required safety precautions and City guidelines</li><li>Admit patrons to recreation facilities, programs, and events</li><li>Implement procedures to provide for the safety and welfare of all users engaged in activities in City facilities</li><li>Create and distribute flyers and promotional materials to promote recreation activities and programs</li><li>Maintain attendance and activity records</li><li>Set up and issue equipment, collect and store equipment after use</li><li>Provide basic customer service</li><li>Facilitate rentals and usage of City facilities</li></ul>

<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.</li><li>Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse individuals.</li><li>Ability to organize and lead activities while maintaining a positive and safe environment.</li><li>Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines in recreational settings.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Capable of creating promotional materials and maintaining accurate records.</li></ul><p><br></p>
