We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role involves overseeing the successful rollout of an ERP system while ensuring project milestones are met and the plan stays on track. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management and ERP implementations to this dynamic opportunity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to ensure timely completion of ERP system implementation.<br>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.<br>• Monitor progress and address any challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.<br>• Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during the ERP rollout.<br>• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the project.<br>• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.<br>• Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes within the defined scope.<br>• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.<br>• Ensure adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

• Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects.<br>• Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and processes.<br>• Expertise in creating and maintaining project plans using industry-standard tools.<br>• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.<br>• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.<br>• Availability to work on-site in Grand Prairie, Texas at least three days a week.
