Engineering Product Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Engineering Product Coordinator to support product development activities in Goleta, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping testing timelines, sample flow, and technical materials organized in a fast-paced environment. The role works closely with engineering and fitting partners to help ensure samples, records, and development assets are prepared, tracked, and accessible throughout each stage of the process.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Partner with engineering and fitting teams to organize product testing calendars, monitor progress, and maintain clear documentation for each testing activity.</p><p>• Track incoming samples through multiple development milestones and keep records accurate, current, and easy to reference.</p><p>• Receive sample shipments, unpack materials, and prepare items for reviews, fittings, and testing sessions.</p><p>• Maintain orderly staging spaces so samples are clearly identified, easy to locate, and ready for immediate use.</p><p>• Oversee footwear lasts and sample inventory by labeling, storing, and arranging materials for efficient access.</p><p>• Support technical and development teams by preserving a well-structured archive of samples and related product assets.</p><p>• Perform foot scanning activities, help recruit fit participants, and update digital records with 3D files and measurement data.</p><p>• Coordinate scheduling and administrative follow-up tasks to keep development activities moving on time across cross-functional groups.</p>
• At least 1 year of experience in product coordination, engineering support, or footwear or apparel development.<br>• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage schedules, materials, and multiple priorities at once.<br>• Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional partners in a collaborative setting.<br>• Familiarity with administrative coordination tasks such as scheduling, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI or product management systems is an advantage.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.<br>• Interest in footwear, fashion, or sustainable product innovation is a plus.
