Responsibilities:• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and business activity reports to support decision-making.• Monitor cash flow, manage financial performance metrics, and ensure appropriate reserve levels.• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Supervise disbursement activities and verify adherence to company policies and standards.• Conduct financial analyses, including cost tracking, margin analysis, and utilization assessments.• Support external audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate budgeting processes and provide financial insights.• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performing and cohesive department.

Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>Public accounting foundation OR large publicly traded company experience </li><li>Manufacturing experience</li><li>10+ years of experience in a similar role </li><li>Internal controls understanding and experience</li><li>Ability to manage & tolerate change</li><li>Willingness and ability to still be hands on / heavily participate in month end </li><li>Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally </li></ul> Nice to have: <ul><li>SAP</li><li>Software implementation experience </li></ul>
