<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience</li><li>Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or similar backend languages</li><li>Experience building and maintaining RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs</li><li>Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)</li><li>Strong understanding of microservices design and distributed systems</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and modern deployment practices</li><li>Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build scalable, production-grade systems</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience integrating AI or machine learning models into backend systems</li><li>Familiarity with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, or MLOps practices</li><li>Experience in high-growth or startup environments</li><li>Proven track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team standards</li><li>Strong understanding of system performance tuning and observability tools</li></ul>
