This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, driving the adoption of scalable, secure, and efficient automation practices across cloud and on-premises environments. <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering roles with increasing responsibility</li><li>Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale automation platforms</li><li>Hands-on expertise with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible or similar technologies)</li><li>Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud and on-premises)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Linux systems and enterprise infrastructure components</li><li>Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts and collaboration platforms (e.g., directory services, email, productivity tools)</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a player-coach capacity</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows</li><li>Background in governance, compliance, and security best practices within enterprise environments</li><li>Exposure to infrastructure monitoring, auditing, and reporting tools</li><li>Experience evaluating and implementing emerging DevOps technologies</li><li>Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience</li></ul>
