Based in the Los Angeles, California area, this role combines operational support, systems engineering, security governance, and project execution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, and related cloud technologies</li><li>Manage user identities, access controls, group policies, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication, and conditional access configurations</li><li>Support governance and administration of AI-enabled workplace technologies while ensuring appropriate security and data protection controls</li><li>Oversee endpoint management activities, including device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, security baselines, and lifecycle management</li><li>Implement, monitor, and enhance cybersecurity controls across cloud and endpoint environments</li><li>Maintain data protection, retention, auditing, information governance, and compliance-related configurations</li><li>Support patch management, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, and secure configuration standards</li><li>Troubleshoot and administer Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, networking components, and business-critical SaaS platforms</li><li>Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort</li><li>Create technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge base content, and end-user training materials</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>$100,000-$120,000</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions</li><li>Professional development and certification support opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Onsite with remote flexibility on an ad-hoc need basis</li><li>Participation in after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and incident response activities may be required</li><li>Up to 20% regional travel may be required</li><li>Opportunity to contribute ideas, influence technology strategy, and help shape future platform decisions in collaborative environment</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in systems administration, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, or related IT roles</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Conditional Access</li><li>Strong experience with identity and access management, authentication, authorization, multifactor authentication, and security best practices</li><li>Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency</li><li>Experience managing Windows endpoints and modern device management platforms</li><li>Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, patch management, vulnerability reduction, and secure configuration standards</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain high attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li><li>Microsoft and cybersecurity certifications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Security+, CISSP, or similar credentials</li><li>Experience with email security, backup and recovery platforms, endpoint management tools, or information protection solutions</li><li>Familiarity with macOS administration, mobile device management, networking, firewalls, VPN technologies, and hybrid environments</li><li>Prior experience supporting professional services, commercial real estate, or similarly fast-paced business environments</li><li>Experience working within lean IT teams where responsibilities span cloud administration, security, support, and project delivery</li></ul>
