Loan Servicing - Support
We are looking for a dedicated Loan Servicing Support specialist to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to assist customers with their loan servicing needs while contributing to the efficiency and success of the overall operations. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for internal and external clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle loan servicing inquiries and provide prompt, accurate resolutions to internal and external customers.<br>• Conduct routine loan administration tasks, including processing, closing, and origination activities.<br>• Ensure all mortgage and loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.<br>• Maintain a detailed understanding of loan servicing policies and procedures.<br>• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.<br>• Communicate professionally and diplomatically with clients to address concerns and deliver exceptional service.<br>• Support the development of team objectives by contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives.<br>• Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of loan-related transactions.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Proven experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, or a related field.<br>• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and loan origination processes.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with loan servicing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation.<br>• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving.<br>• Competence in using relevant software tools and systems for loan processing tasks.
