As the Construction Controller, you will build out the infrastructure for a service ticket based construction business. <p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in construction, contracting, maintenance services, facilities management, or other project-driven environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of job costing, project accounting, WIP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI development, and operational performance analysis.</li><li>Experience partnering with project managers, operations teams, and field personnel to improve financial visibility, cost controls, and business processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial controls, process improvement initiatives, and management reporting; MRI experience is highly preferred.</li><li>CPA, CMA, or other advanced accounting credentials are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
