This role is ideal for a developer or early-career AI engineer who enjoys solving real business problems, building practical solutions, and working directly with end users to improve how work gets done.</p><p>This role serves as the hands-on implementation partner for AI initiatives across the organization. You&#39;ll work closely with business teams to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, design AI-enhanced processes, and build solutions ranging from prompt libraries and automations to lightweight applications and integrations.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a highly visible role that combines software development, workflow engineering, AI enablement, and business process optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel for team meetings and planning sessions.</p><p><br></p><p>As an AI Software Developer, you will embed with business teams to understand how work actually happens and identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful improvements. <p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of software development experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>C#</li><li>JavaScript</li><li>SQL</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build custom applications, tools, or automations that solve business problems</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA fundamentals</li><li>Experience using modern AI development and productivity tools such as:</li><li>ChatGPT</li><li>Claude</li><li>Codex</li><li>Other AI-assisted development platforms</li><li>Solid understanding of data flow, application architecture, integrations, and information systems</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with AI workflow automation platforms</li><li>Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools</li><li>Exposure to workflow automation technologies such as n8n or similar platforms</li><li>Experience developing internal business tools and operational applications</li><li>Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity</li><li>Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p>
