<p>We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to support accounting operations and strengthen financial oversight.This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, guiding close activities, and helping ensure reporting remains timely, compliant, and audit-ready. <p>• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally public accounting</p><p>• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures, general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation.</p><p>• Experience supporting financial statement audits and managing audit documentation in a timely, organized manner.</p><p>• Familiarity with DCAA requirements and the ability to apply compliance standards within accounting operations.</p><p>• Background in public accounting or significant exposure to public accounting practices and reporting expectations.</p><p>• Proven ability to interpret financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a high level of accuracy.</p><p>• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments in a hybrid work setting.</p>
