Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required</li><li>Public accounting experience (audit or tax) strongly considered</li><li>Candidates without public accounting experience should have prior manufacturing experience</li><li>Prior supervisory experience is not required</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset</li><li>Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-focused environment</li></ul>
