Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office activities and help keep operations running smoothly. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing competing priorities, and providing attentive support across a busy team environment. The successful candidate will contribute to scheduling, documentation, communication, and record management while delivering reliable service to both internal stakeholders and external contacts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics to ensure schedules remain accurate and well organized.<br>• Provide administrative support for team members and leadership by handling routine office tasks efficiently and effectively.<br>• Create, update, and organize records, reports, and other business documents with a strong focus on accuracy.<br>• Enter and maintain information in company databases and systems to support dependable recordkeeping.<br>• Prepare materials for meetings, assist with follow-up actions, and help keep related tasks on track.<br>• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems so documents are easy to retrieve and properly stored.<br>• Monitor office supply levels, place orders as needed, and help maintain an orderly workspace.<br>• Communicate with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a clear, courteous, and attentive manner.<br>• Assist with additional administrative assignments and special projects while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, office support, or similar role is preferred.<br>• Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with a variety of contacts.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.<br>• Solid computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry capabilities.<br>• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently.<br>• Dependable work habits, professionalism, and a demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments.<br>• Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively within a team setting.
