<p>We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across a large-scale AI Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) program spanning 55+ workstreams.</p><p>This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves at pace, and can keep multiple internal teams and agency partners aligned against clear deadlines, standards, and commercial outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end program delivery across content, technical, authority, social, community, and commercial workstreams</li><li>Manage the master plan, dependencies, risks, and RAG status across 55+ initiatives</li><li>Lead weekly program standups and executive reporting</li><li>Keep agency partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality standards, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate across multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders</li><li>Oversee tooling and process infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth across the program</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years’ experience in program or project management within complex digital environments</li><li>Strong experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO, content operations, analytics, and technical web concepts</li><li>Commercially minded, highly organized, and confident operating at executive level</li><li>Able to start quickly and make an immediate impact</li></ul><p><strong>Highly desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in AEO/GEO, AI visibility, or large-scale SEO programs</li><li>Familiarity with AI search platforms and citation dynamics across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews</li><li>Experience with editorial operations, AI-compliant content workflows, and GA4 attribution</li></ul><p>If you’re a sharp operator who can bring structure, pace, and accountability to a complex AI-led program, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
