<p>We&#39;re partnering with a growing organization seeking a <strong>Senior Accountant</strong> to join its accounting and finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with complex accounting matters, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses</li><li>Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports</li><li>Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve results and processes</li><li>Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Communicate financial information and provide accounting guidance to business partners and leadership teams</li><li>Research and apply GAAP guidance to complex accounting transactions</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for management decision-making</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed</li></ul><p>This role offers 2 days WFH. </p>
