Medical Front Desk Lead
<p><strong>Front Desk Lead – Healthcare Office</strong></p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch). <p><strong>Qualifications & Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Prior healthcare or insurance knowledge strongly preferred (copays, deductibles, eligibility, and verification).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to spot and correct errors.</li><li>Effective communicator, comfortable with coaching and guiding team members.</li><li>Previous leadership experience is a plus, though not required.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy clinic setting.</li><li>Familiarity with medical billing systems and terminology is a plus.</li></ul>
