• Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or a call center environment.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully, build trust, and influence decisions effectively.<br>• Comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based interactions in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine interest in developing a long-term sales career.<br>• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new sales platforms and internal tools quickly.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when updating customer records and tracking follow-up activity.<br>• Interest in healthcare, senior support services, or mission-oriented products is preferred.
