We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to play a pivotal role in an enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. This contract position, based in Columbus, Ohio, requires someone with a strong background in programmatic development to design and configure scalable solutions for complex integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security settings, and APIs.<br>• Collaborate with scrum team members to ensure the technical integrity of solutions and alignment with stakeholder requirements.<br>• Design scalable and maintainable solutions to support enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation.<br>• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards and mentor team members on Salesforce programming best practices.<br>• Participate actively in DevOps processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.<br>• Coordinate testing efforts with QA teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed features.<br>• Promote agile practices and foster a collaborative team environment.<br>• Drive continuous improvement by embracing innovative ideas and challenging existing processes.<br>• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.<br>• Serve as a creative and innovative voice in the team, balancing new ideas with practical best practices.

<ul><li> Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li> Looking for experience with Copado</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.</li><li>Strong ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in agile methodologies and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality solutions while fostering teamwork and innovation.</li></ul>
