Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a contract position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The role will support executive-level functions and involve a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary gatekeeper by filtering and prioritizing incoming requests to the executive team.<br>• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.<br>• Maintain confidentiality while assisting with sensitive HR projects and documentation.<br>• Support administrative needs, including small projects and task execution.<br>• Facilitate the transition of management systems, ensuring a smooth migration from one platform to another.<br>• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and organizing itineraries.<br>• Assist in preparing materials for executive meetings and presentations.<br>• Perform general office duties, such as correspondence and document organization.<br>• Collaborate with team members across locations, including walking between office buildings as needed.<br>• Uphold the organization&#39;s values with attention to detail and respect.
<p>• Proven experience in calendar management and executive-level administrative support.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</p><p>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.</p><p>• Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and preparing executive materials.</p><p>• Familiarity with project management systems, such as Asana, is a plus.</p><p>• Physical ability to navigate stairs and walk short distances between buildings.</p>
