Controller / Accounting ManagerA small but established manufacturing company is seeking a Controller / Accounting Manager to lead its accounting and finance function in a highly visible role reporting directly to ownership. Manufacturing experience is required, and experience working with inventory, production activity, and raw materials is strongly preferred. Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Prior experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or lead accounting role within a small or mid-sized company strongly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end close, general ledger accounting, and internal controls</li><li>Experience with inventory accounting in a manufacturing setting required</li><li>Experience working with raw materials, production inputs, or cost-related accounting strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with a larger ERP system required</li><li>Strong Excel skills and overall systems aptitude</li><li>Ability to work independently, set priorities, and communicate effectively with ownership and operational teams</li></ul>
