The Controller will oversee core business operations related to finance and accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, payroll coordination, grants, and HR administration. QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required</li><li>Progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a nonprofit organization</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices</li><li>Experience with budgeting, reconciliations, audit support, and compliance</li><li>Exposure to payroll processing and vendor management</li><li>Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and high attention to detail</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment</li><li>Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach</li></ul>
