3rd shift front desk
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide front desk support during third shift hours at a non-profit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio. This contract position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and safety during overnight hours. If you have experience in receptionist duties and are committed to providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist residents, clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Direct visitors to appropriate locations and notify staff of individuals waiting when necessary.<br>• Monitor the entry and exit of visitors to ensure security and report any concerns to the program facilitator.<br>• Operate and oversee the electronic security system to maintain a safe environment.<br>• Coordinate with fire and police departments during emergencies, providing prompt and accurate assistance.<br>• Support emergency evacuations and fire drills as required.<br>• Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry and record keeping, to support operational needs.<br>• Respond to inquiries regarding residency following established procedures.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.<br>• Familiarity with security systems and procedures is preferred.<br>• Ability to remain calm and organized during emergencies.<br>• Basic computer skills for clerical tasks and security monitoring.<br>• Compliance with all pre-employment requirements.<br>• Availability to work third shift hours.<br>• High level of reliability and attention to detail.
