Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership for a Contract position based in Chicago, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate executive-level logistics, and maintain a responsive approach in a fast-paced real estate and property environment. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to keep priorities moving smoothly across meetings, travel, and daily executive support needs. Hourly Pay is $50-60/hr</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage demanding executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and adjust schedules to accommodate shifting business needs.</p><p>• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.</p><p>• Coordinate travel logistics proactively to ensure seamless movement for leadership and timely resolution of changes or disruptions.</p><p>• Organize executive meetings by securing meeting spaces, confirming attendees, preparing agendas, and supporting follow-up actions.</p><p>• Serve as a central point of coordination for time-sensitive requests, helping executives stay informed and prepared throughout the day.</p><p>• Track key deadlines, meeting commitments, and scheduling conflicts to support efficient executive operations.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute calendar updates, travel plans, and meeting details with a high level of accuracy and care.</p>
• 7+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in calendar management for senior leaders with frequently changing priorities.<br>• Strong experience booking and coordinating complex travel arrangements.<br>• Proven ability to support executive meetings and manage related logistics effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
