Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders in DC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, keeps priorities organized, and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will manage complex scheduling needs, coordinate travel, and handle critical administrative details with accuracy and care.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage dynamic calendars for senior leadership, adjusting appointments quickly and keeping daily priorities aligned.</p><p>• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, and timing changes as needed.</p><p>• Prepare and send clear correspondence related to scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication.</p><p>• Monitor closely packed schedules, provide timely reminders, and help meetings stay on track throughout the day.</p><p>• Confirm appointments, logistical details, and required materials in advance so executives are fully prepared for each engagement.</p><p>• Support the creation and improvement of workflow and task-tracking processes to strengthen team coordination and efficiency.</p><p>• Maintain records, process expense reports, and handle routine administrative documentation with care and accuracy.</p><p>• Assist with general office operations and respond to shifting priorities or urgent requests as they arise.</p>
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an administrative capacity.<br>• Strong calendar management skills, with the ability to handle frequent changes and competing priorities.<br>• Experience arranging complex travel, including multi-stop domestic and international itineraries.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external contacts.<br>• Ability to lead scheduling discussions and work professionally with executives in high-level business settings.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing records, expenses, and meeting preparation.<br>• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when business needs require additional support.
