Package Designer
We are looking for a talented Package Designer to join our team in Chatsworth, California. In this role, you will create visually compelling packaging designs that align with brand identity and market trends. This is a long-term contract position and requires working onsite five days a week.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging designs for various products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine concepts and execute designs that meet marketing and customer needs.<br>• Utilize layout design techniques to create impactful visual compositions.<br>• Incorporate photography and graphic elements to enhance packaging aesthetics.<br>• Prepare design files for production and ensure quality standards are maintained.<br>• Work with 3D modeling tools to create prototypes and visualize packaging concepts.<br>• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to design strategies.<br>• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.<br>• Participate in A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.<br>• Contribute to brand awareness by creating packaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Proven experience in packaging design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.<br>• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.<br>• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools and their application in packaging design.<br>• Strong photography skills to incorporate imagery into layouts.<br>• Familiarity with A/B testing and its role in design optimization.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.<br>• Understanding of brand awareness and customer service principles.<br>• Experience designing for industries such as toys, games, or entertainment is a plus.
