Executive Administrator
We are looking for an Executive Administrator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administrative support. The role involves assisting executives, managing communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks within a CPA firm environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.<br>• Prepare and draft correspondence, contracts, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Coordinate executive meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.<br>• Handle financial transactions and maintain meticulous records for reporting purposes.<br>• Facilitate communication across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.<br>• Monitor and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.<br>• Support the team in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Assist in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Actively contribute to the team's success by being proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.<br>• At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a detail-oriented services environment.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with individuals at all levels.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.<br>• Familiarity with Teams, Word, and Outlook for effective collaboration and task management.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all work.<br>• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
