<p><strong>Project Controller</strong></p><p>The Project Controller plays a key role in improving business performance by analyzing project-related financial data, identifying risks, variances, and deviations, and driving corrective actions to support profitability and forecasting accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a Project Controller, you will:</p><ul><li>Prepare, evaluate, and maintain accurate project forecasts, including cash flow projections</li><li>Analyze accruals, actual costs incurred, and work-in-progress calculations</li><li>Continuously monitor project performance and financial health</li><li>Deliver financial and operational analyses, proactively highlighting potential risks, variances, or deviations to stakeholders including Project Management and the Finance Director</li><li>Partner with Project Management to develop, monitor, and validate project budgets while investigating discrepancies between actual and forecasted expenses</li><li>Track and manage financial KPIs for each project and recommend corrective actions when necessary</li><li>Support and oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency</li><li>Manage monthly cost and revenue provisions, ensuring completeness and accuracy</li><li>Ensure effective cost control and alignment between project profitability and company financial objectives</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure invoices are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and collected efficiently</li><li>Support invoicing activities, financial terms and conditions, and credit management processes</li><li>Review project activities for compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and revenue recognition standards</li><li>Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions as project conditions evolve</li><li>Develop and enhance KPIs, reporting standards, tools, and financial procedures</li><li>Monitor potential tax implications related to project activities</li><li>Translate complex financial data into meaningful operational insights</li><li>Recommend and support continuous improvements in business operations and financial processes</li><li>Act as a key user in the implementation of the company’s new IT landscape</li><li>Serve as a strategic liaison between Finance and Project Management</li><li>Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and support to internal stakeholders</li><li>Prepare and provide information required for internal and external audits</li><li>Deliver regular project reporting, including budget status, WIP, cash flow, cost analysis, and revenue tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical/Dental/Vision</li><li>401K</li></ul>
