This role will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls, and project-based accounting while driving process improvements and supporting business growth. <p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.</p><p>• Certified Public Accountant is preferred </p><p>• At least 7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including prior leadership or team management responsibility.</p><p>• Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal control practices, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.</p><p>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.</p><p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across teams.</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with accounting platforms such as Sage 300, Spectrum, or OneStream is advantageous.</p><p><br></p>
