If you are driven by accuracy, analytical rigor, and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply!</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Controller in executing departmental functions</li><li>Prepare company financial statements for year-end audits</li><li>Assist with monthly and annual close processes</li><li>Prepare and review federal, state, and local income, sales, and personal property tax filings with supporting work papers</li><li>Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation</li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts</li><li>Prepare accounting statements and financial reports for external auditors</li><li>Participate in special projects as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting principles</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)</li><li>Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels</li><li>Outstanding analytical skills, detail orientation, and task follow-through</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities</li><li>Exceptional organizational and reconciliation skills</li><li>High level of accuracy and accountability</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Demonstrated judgment in planning and achieving goals</li></ul><p><br></p>
