Administrative Coordinator
<p>Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Administrative Coordinator</strong> to support daily office operations and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple administrative priorities with professionalism and accuracy. This is a <strong>hybrid</strong> role. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative operations</li><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference rooms</li><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations</li><li>Maintain office records, files, and databases with accuracy</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors</li><li>Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and purchase orders</li><li>Support onboarding, event planning, and other special projects</li><li>Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed</li><li>Help improve administrative processes and maintain organized workflows</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required depending on experience</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, please call 610.882.1700!</p>
