<p><strong>About the Role:</strong> Our company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Cost Accountant to join our finance team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the costs associated with manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in a manufacturing setting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collect, analyze, and report on manufacturing costs including materials, labor, and overhead.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports; identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to manufacturing expenses.</li><li>Review inventory valuations and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Work closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and recommend process efficiencies.</li><li>Assist with internal controls, process audits, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Contribute to pricing decisions and profitability analysis for new and existing products.</li><li>Participate in financial close processes and prepare relevant supporting documentation.</li><li><br></li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate across departments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
