This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Location</strong>: Greater Seattle Area - HYBRID</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $28-25 per hour</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Duration</strong>: 3+ month, strong potential for extension</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F, 8am-5pm</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related materials.</li><li>Conduct trial preparation activities, including organizing evidence, exhibits, and case files.</li><li>Manage client intake processes, handle inquiries, and maintain effective communication with clients.</li><li>Oversee calendaring, scheduling, and coordination of legal appointments and deadlines.</li><li>Perform e-filing of legal documents and ensure compliance with court requirements.</li><li>Assist with mediation and limited court appearances as needed.</li><li>Support billing functions and ensure accurate record-keeping for all legal tasks.</li></ul>
