This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on trial preparation and case management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Seattle, WA</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $50-70 per hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 3+ months potential for extension</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F, 8am-5pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and analyze intricate legal issues.</li><li>Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and appellate briefs.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive memoranda summarizing research findings and provide recommendations for case strategies.</li><li>Examine medical records, police reports, and financial documentation to strengthen case arguments and accurately assess damages.</li><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure thorough preparation for litigation.</li><li>Manage discovery processes, including drafting responses and requests, and reviewing evidence.</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ YOE as a licensed attorney with active membership in the Washington state bar.</li><li>Proven ability to draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex legal issues.</li></ul><p>The salary range for this position is $50-70/hr.
