Overview:A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and support organizational leadership. This role will oversee core accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while helping to ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with leadership visibility and experience working in a nonprofit and grant-funded environment. Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting</li><li>Prior experience in an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or senior-level accounting role</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles</li><li>Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination</li><li>Exposure to grant-funded environments is strongly preferred</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li></ul>
