Responsibilities: • Oversee procurement tasks to ensure timely and efficient purchasing operations. • Handle contract renewals and maintain accurate records for ongoing agreements. • Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with suppliers to secure materials and maintain optimal inventory levels. • Address and resolve any backlogged purchasing activities. • Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational procurement needs. • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability. • Maintain an organized purchasing database for tracking and reporting purposes. • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for improved purchasing strategies.
