Robert Half has been named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Parents™ by Great Place To Work. This highly competitive list represents the top U.S. employers for workers with parenting responsibilities.

In a survey of more than 568,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies, winners were selected based on how fairly they are treated at their workplace. Organizational data and programs such as parental leave, adoption assistance, flexible schedules, childcare and dependent health care benefits were also considered.

In the company’s most recent Great Place to Work® survey, 94% of employees at Robert Half said it’s a great place to work, compared to just 57% at the typical U.S.-based company.
