Hours should be submitted for approval each Friday.
Payroll is processed Monday through Friday and funds are distributed accordingly. 
To set up Direct Deposit, simply log in to the Online Time Reporting System or open the Robert Half mobile app after your first day on the job. Once you’re logged in on the desktop, click "Direct Deposit Center” from the “Online Time Reporting System” home page and follow the instructions. For the Mobile App, once signed in, tap “My Account” at the bottom of the screen. Then tap “Pay” at the top of the screen, and follow the instructions.
To set up payroll debit cards, contact your local Robert Half branch office.
By default, if you do not set up direct deposit or a Payroll Debit Card, you will receive a live check.
Please note that when viewing your paystubs, you will be prompted to verify your identity through multi-factor authentication (MFA). You will be prompted to enter a verification code, which will be sent to you through email. Once you retrieve the code and enter it, you will be able to see your paystubs.
To view your paystubs on a desktop computer, go to the “Time Reports” page by signing into your RH account. Click "Time Report History" under the “Time Reports” section.
To view your paystubs on the Mobile app, open the Robert Half mobile app and sign in. Access your paystubs in the mobile app by tapping “Pay” on the “My Account” screen.
