<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus)</li><li>Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and capital evaluation</li><li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and trend analysis</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with financial modeling tools</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li></ul><p><br></p>
