This position is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to both daily operations and month-end activities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process vendor invoices, payments, and manage vendor relationships.</li><li>Support billing and invoicing activities.</li><li>Prepare account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Post journal entries, adjustments, and assist with month-end close.</li><li>Provide intercompany support as required.</li><li>Assist with project billings, performance tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Prepare monthly management reports using Excel.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary accounting education in Canada (Diploma or Degree).</li><li>2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or full-cycle bookkeeping within a mid-sized company.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of Canadian GAAP.</li><li>Experience supporting month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines with accuracy.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Assets:</strong></p><ul><li>Background in construction industry.</li><li>Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Analytical, focused, collaborative, confident, business-minded, tech-savvy, and self-motivated.</li></ul><p><strong> Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000</li><li>Benefits: 100% employer-paid</li><li>RRSP: Available </li><li>Vacation: Competitive </li><li>Education Support: Case-by-case</li></ul><p>If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
