About the Opportunity:Our client, located in North Vancouver, is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Representative to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with strong AP experience who can step in with minimal training and support junior team members when needed. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing</li><li>Prepare vendor payment schedules and process payments in multiple currencies across different entities</li><li>Manually complete bank payments, including calculating and recording fees, and submitting payments for approval</li><li>Record and reconcile transactions in SYSPRO</li><li>Resolve vendor discrepancies, including duplicate or similar-named suppliers</li><li>Support month-end close with accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries</li><li>Provide guidance to junior AP team members as needed</li><li>Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume AP setting</li></ul>

What You Bring:<ul><li>3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong understanding of multi-currency AP processes and banking procedures</li><li>Comfortable with manual payment processes and high attention to detail</li><li>Experience with SYSPRO or a similar ERP system (required)</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or training</li><li>Strong Excel skills and understanding of AP month-end processes including accruals</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul>If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
