In this role, you will oversee financial transactions and reporting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong ability to manage property accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Oversee financial operations and reporting for residential and commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Post rent payments, verify amounts, and reconcile tenant accounts as required. • Conduct financial reviews and assist with month-end reporting processes. • Maintain accurate property accounting records using software systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or AMSI. • Collaborate with accounts payable teams to ensure seamless processing of invoices and payments. • Manage account coding and ensure proper allocation of expenses across properties. • Provide support and insight into property management financial functions, focusing on residential properties. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare financial reports. • Coordinate with property management teams to address financial inquiries and ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in property accounting, with a focus on residential and commercial properties. • Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or AMSI. • Strong knowledge of property management financial practices, including tenant account management. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with commercial and residential property management processes. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. • Knowledge of account coding and financial review processes.
