<p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>CPA Designation:</strong> Holder of a valid CPA (or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of accounting experience, with recent years in a senior capacity.</li><li><strong>IFRS Knowledge:</strong> Demonstrated working experience with IFRS standards.</li><li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Proven ability to mentor and coach teams effectively.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li><strong>Organization:</strong> Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li><strong>Independence:</strong> Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li><strong>M& A Expertise:</strong> Experience with post-acquisition integration processes is an asset.</li></ul><p>If you are an experienced accounting and financial professional, please apply to Robert Half Management Resources today.
