Director
<p>We are seeking an experienced Director to lead the design and management of employee benefits systems in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee how systems like Workday and Oracle are set up for benefits enrollment, eligibility, and vendor integration. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance, solve system issues, and create solutions that improve the employee experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to configure benefits systems in line with company goals and regulations.</li><li>Manage system setup for benefits enrollment, eligibility, rates, and vendor connections.</li><li>Serve as an expert in HR systems like Workday and Oracle.</li><li>Work with HR, IT, payroll, and external stakeholders to build efficient and scalable solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues for smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure all benefits systems comply with legal and company policies.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee projects for system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.</li><li>Offer suggestions to improve employee experiences using technology.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to enhance operations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>• Knowledge of HRIS platforms, with experience in configuring and optimizing benefits modules (Dayforce.) </p><p>• Proven experience in configuring and managing benefits systems in platforms like Workday, Oracle, or other HRIS solutions.</p><p>• Strong technical knowledge of ERP, HCM, and cloud technologies.</p><p>• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex system issues.</p><p>• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits and compliance.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>• Ability to stay informed about industry trends and leverage them for organizational improvement.</p><p>• Experience in deploying and optimizing technology solutions to enhance business operations.</p><p><br></p>
