This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a direct impact on operations, efficiency, and team performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily shop operations, including fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly.</li><li>Develop and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support a team of trades professionals, fostering a safe and productive workplace.</li><li>Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align shop operations with project specifications.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.</li><li>Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a strong and capable workforce.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of operations or production management experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining processes.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with experience managing shop floor teams.</li><li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience.</li><li>Extended health benefits</li><li>Collaborative and hands-on work environment.</li></ul><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong> </p><p>To apply, please submit your resume directly and a member of our team will be in touch.
